Job Title: Production Supervisor (Fresher) Department: Production / Manufacturing Industry: Radiator Manufacturing Location: Vadodara Reporting To: Production Manager Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated fresher to join our production team as a Production Supervisor in the radiator manufacturing industry. This entry-level role is ideal for recent engineering or diploma graduates who are eager to learn and grow in a high-paced manufacturing environment. The candidate will receive hands-on training and be responsible for assisting in daily production activities, process supervision, and coordination on the shop floor. Key Responsibilities: Assist in supervising day-to-day production activities in radiator assembly, core building, brazing, or fin making areas. Monitor work progress, operator performance, and output quality on the shop floor. Ensure production targets are met as per plan and report any delays or issues. Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and materials departments for smooth operations. Learn and apply basic lean manufacturing practices such as 5S, Kaizen, and waste reduction. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Maintain daily production logs and assist in shift-wise reporting. Support in implementing SOPs, work instructions, and process improvements under supervision. Identify and report defects or process abnormalities to senior supervisors or quality teams. Required Skills and Qualifications: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical / Production / Industrial /Engineering. Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and shop floor operations. Strong observation, communication, and team collaboration skills. Willingness to work in rotational shifts and in a factory environment. Proficient in MS Excel / Word for basic reporting. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
