Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Thiruvananthapuram for a Production Supervisor. The Production Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the production floor, monitoring production schedules, and ensuring that production goals are met efficiently. The role involves supervising the production team, coordinating with other departments, and addressing any issues that may arise during production. The Production Supervisor will also ensure that quality standards are maintained and safety protocols are followed.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills and Production Management experience
• Proficiency in Production Schedules and Production Planning
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members and other departments
• Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining quality and safety standards
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in the activewear or textile industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field is preferred
