Job Title: Production Supervisor (Men's High Fashion Garments) Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and proactive Production Supervisor to manage a production line of 50 machines, operated by full-piece Production tailors. The ideal supervisor will oversee all manpower involved in production—including QC staff, helpers, and operators—to ensure smooth execution of daily manufacturing activities. Key Responsibilities: * Supervise 50 machines dedicated to full-piece production tailors * Manage QC team, helpers, and all supporting manpower involved in the production process. * Identify critical operational areas and train operators for optimal performance and output. * Arrange necessary folders and attachments for each operation to boost productivity. * Coordinate with the Production Planning Manager to execute line planning on time. * Monitor the manufacturing process to meet deadlines and maintain quality within budget. * Support R&D for size sets, pattern corrections, and buyer-required measurement accuracy. * Manage trims, cutting, and follow-up. * Plan and execute production According to priority assigned by company. * Address employee relations issues, resolve conflicts, and enforce discipline where required.
