Production Supervisor – Jewellery Manufacturing

AJC Jewel Manufacturers, a proudly BSE-listed jewellery manufacturing company, is looking for a motivated and responsible Production Supervisor to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily production in casting, filing, polishing, and QC
• Allocate tasks and guide production staff
• Ensure timely completion of orders and maintain quality standards
• Coordinate with Production Manager & HR for smooth workflow
• Maintain discipline, attendance, and performance records

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 1–2 years experience in manufacturing (Jewellery industry preferred)
• Ability to manage a team and solve problems quickly
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Strong responsibility and work ethic

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17,000.00 per month
