Production Supervisor Greenhouse (Ornamental Plants)

Role Overview: You are being hired as a Production Supervisor to oversee the cultivation of ornamental plants in modern greenhouses. Your responsibilities will include hands-on management of plant care, greenhouse operations, and team coordination. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise daily greenhouse operations for foliage potted plants, Anthurium, Phalaenopsis orchids, and Spathiphyllum. - Monitor plant health, watering schedules, and nutrient management. - Assist in pest and disease control under the guidance of the Production Manager. - Train and guide workers on best farming practices. - Maintain greenhouse hygiene and ensure adherence to cultivation protocols. Qualification Required: - Diploma in Agriculture (Agri Diploma) or related qualification. - Freshers & experienced candidates are encouraged to apply. - Basic knowledge of greenhouse farming and plant care is preferred. - Willingness to work hands-on with plants and greenhouse teams. - Strong observational and problem-solving skills.,
