PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR FOR CUTTING TOOLS

You are seeking candidates for a production manufacturing position in your cutting tool production plant in Pune. The ideal candidate should have experience and knowledge of solid carbide cutting tools. The candidate must possess expertise in manufacturing solid carbide round tools, HSS, C/T brazed, and lugged tooling categories. They should be capable of handling production and planning processes effectively. A key requirement for this role is knowledge of CNC grinding and inspection techniques. Understanding customer drawings, tools performance, and other relevant parameters is crucial for success in this position. Candidates with qualifications such as DME, DPT, NTTF, CTTR, or BE Mech are preferred. However, experienced ITI holders or retired individuals will also be considered. The desired age for applicants is above 40 years, with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience. Salary will be discussed during the interview, and immediate joining is required.
