Production Supervisor

Role Overview: As a member of our team in the Powder Coating Department, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the quality and compliance of powder-coated LED lights. You will be involved in conducting inspections, performing tests, maintaining quality control procedures, collaborating with production staff, and keeping accurate records of all processes. Key Responsibilities: - Inspect powder-coated LED lights regularly to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications. - Perform tests and document results to identify defects or non-conformities in the powder coating process. - Assist in developing and maintaining quality control procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards. - Collaborate with production staff to address quality issues and implement corrective actions. - Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and results for traceability and compliance. Qualifications Required: - Degree in B.SC Chemistry or related field. - Diploma in machine maintenance. - Minimum 2 years of experience in machine maintenance. - Willingness to travel up to 25% for work requirements. - Ability to reliably commute or relocate to Vasai, Maharashtra before starting work.
