key Responsibilities

· Supervise daily production activities at the packaging plant.

· Ensure smooth and timely execution of production schedules.

· Monitor workforce performance and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.

· Coordinate with other departments (maintenance, logistics, quality control) for efficient operations.

· Maintain production records and report daily output and issues to the management.

· Ensure proper utilization of materials, manpower, and machines.

Candidate Requirements:

· Must be a local resident of Bangalore, preferably near Magadi Road.

· Must be fluent in Kannada, Hindi, and English.

· Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

· Ability to handle production-related challenges and lead a team effectively

. Must be from the packaging line background and should have relevant hands on experience in packaging operations
