Job Description

You will be working with Am Asia Pvt Ltd Brand Meenas & Madurai Meenakshi Foods Products, a company that has been in the market since 1972. Currently, we are looking for a dedicated FMCG Food Products Quality & Production Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and experiences: - Previous experience in the FMCG industry is a must - Supervisory and production experience in the field of Food Products - Knowledge of product quality identification - Any relevant qualification - Willingness to work on-site - Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the FMCG industry Your responsibilities will include: - Supervising production processes - Planning monthly production activities - Maintaining stock levels - Monitoring employee attendance - Conducting quality checks - Increasing production output to meet demands - Enhancing productivity levels - Generating and maintaining production reports - Handling manpower efficiently - Meeting daily production schedules in line with customer requirements - Monitoring and adjusting production processes to ensure quality and productivity - Managing daily production activities effectively This is a full-time position with health insurance benefits.
