Production Supervisor
Location: Ludhiana
Salary: ₹30,000 to ₹35,000 per month
Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Industry Requirement: Candidate must have experience only in the Automobile Industry
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily production activities to ensure smooth operations and target achievement
Monitor and manage shop floor manpower, shift planning, and daily output
Ensure adherence to quality standards and workplace safety protocols
Coordinate with quality, maintenance, and stores departments to avoid downtime
Maintain production records, reports, and shift logs accurately
Ensure 5S, housekeeping, and basic TPM practices are followed on the shop floor
Provide on-the-job training to workers and ensure discipline
Escalate operational issues promptly to higher management
Monitor equipment performance and assist in preventive maintenance
Assist in inventory checks and material availability before shift starts
