Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Managing

    production

    related tasks including planning, controlling & troubleshooting for achieving the planned periodic schedules & find better economical ways of accomplishing the primary goal of daily, Monthly, yearly production target based on Market Forecast.
  • Monitoring the production status, procedures & systems followed to ensure compliance norms with desired quality and timely delivery of orders as per target KPI & Control costs by optimum utilization of resources, adequate inventory control, and adherence to Budgeted norms.
  • plan and draw up a production schedule
  • Zero batch failures and improve productivity during shift operations.
  • Productivity improvement & monitoring with action plan
  • Timely production / Per hour production
  • Inventory management

    of RM & FG product planning & Review based on consumption pattern & sales target to maintain minimum inventory without stopping plant operation or crisis for Material based on approve expenses as per the budgets
  • Space & spare management with in the plant reviewing the basis of optimum utilisation to Achieve target yearly Budget value.
  • Expertise in developing Local Vendors
  • Improving & sustaining Quality practices (

    QAP,QA/QC

    ) (process to product & raw materials to finished products).
  • To make MIS Report
  • To generate ISO & BIS format, fill up the information & manage the data of report.
  • To allocate the work as per production requirement
  • Give a training to new workers
  • Maintain ERP Data
  • Manage and evaluate machine resources to ensure productivity and minimal downtime.
  • Strive to reduce expenses and increase productivity across all product lines.
  • ensure customer orders are completed on time and to budget and that quality standards and targets are met
  • supervise and motivate a team of workers and ensure all employees follow industry standard health and safety guidelines
  • SOP improvement & implementation
  • To Reduce the cost of Procurement
  • Vendor Assessment, Development & Training
  • Inventory Management as per the Classification of the material
  • Setting up the daily/Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly Procurement plan
  • To establish the system of Vendor Managed Inventory
  • Manage activities assembly, sub-assembly, testing & packaging
  • To manage model wise productivity
  • To make quality product based on clients requirement
  • 5s and Kaizen Implementation

Preferred candidate profile

Good knowledge in ERP, Excel, MS Word, Power point

Technical skill

Good communication skill

Good interpersonal skill

Time management

Experience – 6-8 Years

Qualification: B.Tech/B.E. in Any Specialization

Work Experience: Experience in Manufacturing unit will be preferable

Job Location: Changodar – Transportation Facility is not available

Salary: 5.5 LPA – 7.2 LPA
