Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute strategic goals and objectives
• Oversee the full lifecycle of tool manufacturing—from product design through dispatch
• Maintain stringent quality control and ensure regulatory compliance
• Manage financial planning, budgeting, and cost optimization
• Build and lead a high-performing team through coaching and development
• Supervise maintenance, infrastructure, and supply chain operations

• Demonstrated experience in managing large teams and driving organizational transformation
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Solid financial expertise, including budgeting and cost management
• Outstanding communication and presentation abilities

Technical & Operational Proficiencies

• Proven excellence in manufacturing operations
• Deep knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001)
• Expertise in safety standards and regulatory compliance
• Proficiency with modern manufacturing technologies
