Job Description

Job Title: Production Planning & Control (PPC) Manager

Location:

Key Responsibilities:

Production Planning:

Develop and manage the master production schedule based on sales forecasts, order backlog, and inventory levels.
Allocate resources (manpower, machines, and materials) efficiently to meet production targets and deadlines

Material Management:

Coordinate with procurement and stores for timely availability of raw materials and components.
Monitor and optimize inventory levels to avoid stock-outs or overstocking.

Capacity Planning:

Analyze and assess production capacity and recommend adjustments to meet customer demand.
Plan for manpower, tools, and equipment required for upcoming production cycles.

Process Control & Optimization:

Implement lean manufacturing techniques to reduce waste and improve process efficiency.
Continuously monitor production metrics (OEE, downtime, yield, etc.) and drive improvement initiatives.

Compliance & Safety:

Ensure adherence to ISO standards and environmental, health, and safety (EHS) regulations.
Drive continuous training and safety awareness among production teams.
