Role Overview: As a Team Support Coordinator at the world's leader in spray technology located in Peenya, Bangalore, your primary responsibility will be to provide excellent customer service support, coordinate production schedules, and assist in various office team tasks. Key Responsibilities: - Respond to Sales Reps emails promptly and efficiently - Handle cancelation requests by utilizing the Order Inquiry screen to locate flow line location, secure the original order, and scan for corrections or notify the consolidation center to scan - Change ship mode and send a confirmation email to the requestor after making necessary changes - Request delivery dates and monitor production schedule progress, coordinating with the production team - Review center holding areas, labor requirements with the assembly shift coordinator, and check for pending special orders - Prioritize production schedules, review 1st operation machine load, and expedite shortages through manufacturing based on the Flowline Customer Order Backlog Report - Manage customer orders follow-up, ensuring orders with no shortages are sent for assembly and approval for partial shipment when necessary - Communicate orders with additional items from other centers to the appropriate departments - Handle Request for Quote (RFQ), Engineering Communication Outline (ECO), and create/modify ECO as required - Support office team tasks including product compliance/performance, customer returns handling, and managing outsourced processes Qualification Required: - Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME) with 5 to 6 years of experience OR Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering (BE/B.Tech) with 3-4 years of experience - Proficiency in team support coordination, spray nozzles, production planning, and spray technologies Note: The company is the world's leader in spray technology and offers a salary range of 6 LPA to 7.5 LPA for this position.,
