Key Responsibilities Production Planning: Plan and coordinate production schedules to meet customer demand and deadlines. Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, track stock movements, and optimize storage space. Production Overseeing: Supervise the production process, ensuring quality standards are met, and resolving any production issues that arise. Machine Maintenance: Implement a periodic maintenance protocol for machines and equipment. Tailor Workload Management: Allocate tasks and manage the workload of tailers and support staff. Liaison: Act as a liaison between the front-end retail team and back-end tailers to ensure smooth communication and issue resolution. Logistics Coordination: Coordinate logistics, including transportation and storage of raw materials and finished goods. Factory Maintenance: Ensure the factory is well-maintained, clean, and safe for all employees. Requirements Language Skills: Fluency in Hindi, Tamil, and English (spoken). Experience: At least 4-5 years of experience as a Factory Floor Manager or similar role. Age: Above 30 years. Education: Diploma or degree in a relevant field (e.g., textile management, industrial engineering). Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
