Manage budget and resources for construction projects; ensure cost control and resource optimization. Oversee and supervise civil construction works including plaster, electrical, plumbing, and interior finishing; ensure adherence to safety standards and regulatory requirements. Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely project completion, addressing concerns and maintaining quality standards. Continuously enhance personal and team skills through project management workshops and training programs. Roles & Responsibilities: Well Performance Assessment: Conduct detailed evaluations of individual wells to determine current performance, identify underperforming wells, and recommend optimization strategies. Reservoir Contribution Analysis: Perform nodal analysis and reservoir inflow/outflow diagnostics to assess well deliverability and reservoir support. Well Integrity and Diagnostics: Evaluate well integrity through pressure testing, production logging, and other diagnostic tools to ensure safe and efficient operation. Production Data Interpretation: Analyze real-time and historical well data to detect anomalies, identify decline trends, and assess the effectiveness of previous interventions. Stimulation and Workover Planning: Design and assess the impact of well interventions including acidizing, fracturing, and recompletions to enhance well productivity. Artificial Lift Optimization: Evaluate current artificial lift systems (ESP, gas lift, rod pump, etc.) and recommend enhancements or changes for improved performance. Technology Integration: Leverage digital tools and emerging technologies (e.g., AI-driven diagnostics, IoT sensors, predictive analytics) to improve well surveillance and optimization. Operational Best Practices: Develop and implement well operation strategies that enhance efficiency, minimize downtime, and ensure cost-effective production. Regulatory and HSE Compliance: Ensure all well evaluation activities comply with applicable safety, environmental, and regulatory standards. Business Development: Drive business growth by conducting market analysis, building strong client relationships, developing tailored proposals, and establishing strategic partnerships to expand the company's market presence and secure new opportunities. REQUIRED SKILLS: Minimum of 5-15 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, with a focus on production technology and reservoir management. Production Software exposure Bachelors or Masters degree in Petroleum Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. Mechanical, electronic, electrical, Robotic. Technical Expertise: Strong background in reservoir engineering, production technology, and EOR techniques. Analytical Skills: Proficient in data analysis, reservoir simulation, and production forecasting. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders. Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues, develop solutions, and implement strategies effectively. Business Acumen: Strong understanding of the oil and gas industry, market dynamics, and business development principles. Software: Familiarity with the petrotechnical applications such as Petrel, RMS, TechLog, Navigator, PI Systems, Spotfire, Eclipse, WellFlow, Prosper, Python, etc. Proficient with a wide variety of business productivity and infrastructure solution including Microsoft Windows, UNIX, data networks, audio-visual systems, and more. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to convey the message to non-technical personnel. Job Purpose The Sr. Production Technologist is responsible for evaluating mature field production and recommending the most suitable technical and economical solutions for client, providing high-end support in reservoir production and optimization, and contributing to product lines and business growth across the Asia Geozone. By focusing on both technical and business development aspects, this role is pivotal in driving production efficiencies and fostering client relationships, thereby significantly contributing to the company's growth and market leadership. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with local and international regulations and standards to mitigate risks and enhance sustainability. Reservoir Management : Provide technical expertise to clients to optimize reservoir production and enhance field performance. Production Optimization: Develop and implement strategies for well interventions, artificial lift optimization, and stimulation techniques to boost production rates. Reservoir Surveillance: Design and execute reservoir surveillance programs, including well testing, pressure monitoring, and fluid sampling. Production Forecasting: Utilize advanced reservoir simulation tools to forecast production and develop field development plans. Consultancy Services: Offer tailored consultancy services to clients, providing expert advice on production challenges and solutions. Training and Development: Conduct training sessions and workshops for client personnel on reservoir management best practices and new technologies. Collaboration: Work closely with client teams to ensure seamless implementation of production optimization strategies and to address any technical issues that arise.
