Production Operator

You will be working as a Shift Leader/Production Operator, specializing in Monolithic/PCPF production. Your main responsibilities will include adhering to all EHS guidelines and protocols, operating equipment according to SOPs, ensuring quality control during production, maintaining machinery, participating in improvement initiatives, and maintaining proper housekeeping standards. You will also be responsible for coordinating with other departments, allocating manpower, managing the general store, and ensuring 5S standards. To excel in this role, you should have knowledge of monolithic and precast shapes production, as well as basic operations of equipment such as cranes, mixer machines, dust catchers, and compressors. Additionally, familiarity with handling big bags using forklifts or pallet trolleys, understanding of valves and pneumatic systems, and basic drafting and typing skills are essential. The essential requirements for this position include an ITI in any trade with 1-3 years of experience and an age limit of 35 years. Preferred qualifications include prior experience in refractory manufacturing with a focus on presses. This is a full-time, permanent position with a work schedule that may involve day, evening, morning, night, rotational shifts, and weekend availability. The work location is on-site.,
