1. Monitoring the entire production process and jar, bottling,canning and line process efficiency
2. Responsible for monitoring the online yield and rejection tracking and take necessary corrective action to improvement of yield.
3. Monitoring control activities in line and handling man power for smooth operation of production.
4. Maintaining the daily online reports of production.
5. Responsible for Preparation of media .
6. Online process monitoring and verification of batch codes, best before, labeling, during Processing and packaging.
7. CCP validation and verification.
8. Giving regular training to workers on 5s, GMP, GHP, personal hygiene, Food safety, work safety.
9. Process improvements in the line to enable good quality and productivity
10. Internal and external audits undergone (AIB, BRC, IFS and customer audit).
11. Monitoring plant housekeeping and enhancing of shop floor by continual improvement.
