* To be responsible for GMP and safety in the department.
* To prepare, review, ensure appropriate planning & execution of qualification activities in line
with targeted commitments complying cGMP& Safety requirements.
* To ensure department personnel are periodically trained as per current needs w.r.t cGMP,
Safety, Health & hygiene, departmental procedures & environment requirements.
* Responsible to prepare departmental procedures in co-ordination with team members.
* To prepare / review SOPs / documents and maintain in the department.
* To prepare and update the qualification documents required in the department as per procedure.
* To ensure that the equipment and instruments are installed, qualified and operating as per
P&IDs and procedure.
* To initiate / intimate the notification for deviations or incidents immediately upon occurrence.
* To support QA in investigations related to OOS, deviations, incidents and validations.
* To ensure all Validation, Qualification and Calibrations are done as per schedule and records
are maintained.
* To co-ordinate with QC for in-process checks related tasks.
* To prepare, review / update P&IDs.
* To have knowledge about IMS (ISO-45001-2018 Occupational health & Safety management system,
ISO-14001-2015 Environmental management system, ISO-9001-2015 Quality management system).
Candidate should have Compulsory experience in Nicotine Manufacturing production Department at least Minimum 10yrs in Nicotine manufacturing production department.
