Production Manager EMS Unit

Role Overview: As a Production Manager in our Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) unit located in Thrissur, your primary responsibility will be to oversee daily production operations. You will play a vital role in ensuring the quality output of electronic components/products while meeting delivery schedules efficiently. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and coordinate all production activities within the EMS unit - Ensure timely and quality delivery of electronic components/products - Efficiently manage production staff and resources - Implement process improvements and maintain safety standards - Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as quality, procurement, and engineering to streamline operations Qualifications Required: - Minimum 1 year of experience in EMS or electronics manufacturing - Strong leadership and team management skills - Proficiency in production planning, quality standards, and lean manufacturing practices Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule and performance bonuses. It is preferred that the candidate has at least 1 year of experience in EMS. The work location is on-site in Thrissur.,
