Job Description

Job Responsibilities:- (Garments, Scarfs & Caps & Bags) 1.Develop and manage production schedules, ensuring timely completion of orders and meeting production targets. 2. Implementing corrective actions when necessary. 3.Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze production data, and prepare reports for management. 4. Monitor and control production costs, identify areas for cost reduction, and optimize resource allocation. 5. Focuses on preventing quality issues from occurring in the first place, often through process improvement and training Desired Candidate Profile:- 1. Candidate should have overseeing all aspects of the production process, from planning and scheduling to quality control and cost management. 2. Must have Technical background in Production related to Textiles. 3. Good communication and presentation skills.
