PRODUCTION MANAGER-CAPSULE (PHARMACEUTICAL)

As a Production Manager with at least 10 years of experience in EHGC (Empty Hard Gelatin Capsule Production), you will be responsible for the following: - Production planning and scheduling to ensure timely delivery of products - Resource utilization optimization for efficient operations - People management to lead and motivate the production team - Meeting business objectives by achieving production targets - Ensuring quality assurance throughout the production process - Cost control measures to maximize profitability - Building and leading a strong production team - Streamlining processes and implementing improvements - Documenting production processes and procedures - Providing training to staff for skill development - Customer care to address any production-related issues effectively Your key skills should include: - Strategic planning and leadership abilities - Knowledge of lean manufacturing processes - Proficiency in production planning and control - Analysis and control of rejection rates - Strong analytical skills for problem-solving - Project management expertise - Mechanical maintenance knowledge - Quality assurance practices - Generating Management Information System (MIS) reports - Computer proficiency The ideal candidate should hold a Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or from a Technical Board.
