Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Production Manager to lead the Blouse section within our couture garment division. This role is critical to maintaining the precision, craftsmanship, and timely execution expected of high-end designer fashion.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end production of couture blouses, from sampling to final output
• Coordinate with design, embroidery, tailoring, and finishing teams to ensure seamless workflow
• Monitor daily production targets, quality standards, and delivery timelines
• Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce wastage
• Ensure adherence to brand-specific specifications and artisanal techniques
• Manage vendor relationships and material sourcing for blouse components
• Maintain production documentation and reporting for internal audits
• Lead and train a team of tailors, pattern masters, and support staff

Requirements

• Minimum 58 years of experience in garment production, preferably in luxury or couture fashion
• Expertise in blouse construction, Indian silhouettes, and hand embroidery coordination
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Proficiency in production planning, quality control, and workflow optimization
• Familiarity with artisanal techniques and heritage textiles is a plus
• Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining uncompromising quality
