Responsible for overseeing daily production of agrochemicals and fertilisers, including Manganese and Zinc products, Micronutrients, and PROM Granules. Ensure quality control, process optimisation, and coordination between Chhatral and Panoli plants. Lead teams, manage schedules, and support R&D integration to meet production targets and maintain consistent product quality.
