Role & responsibilities Process Optimization & Improvement: Analyze existing manufacturing processes using time studies, value stream mapping, and root cause analysis. Identify bottlenecks and implement improvements using lean tools (Kaizen, 5S, SMED, etc.). Monitor key KPIs (OEE, FTT, cycle time, takt time) and drive action plans for improvement.
