Production Line Operations- Injection Molding - Freshers

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the production to packaging process. Your key responsibilities will include: - Starting and stopping machines as per the operation schedule - Performing parison controls and monitoring material usage, including weight distribution, regrind levels, and tail lengths - Conducting regular visual and technical quality checks throughout the shift - Checking and recording process parameters such as machine cycle time, mold cooling water temperature, and process temperature - Weighing waste materials/lumps and documenting them in daily reports - Preparing machines for mold changes - Ensuring accurate production according to quantity and quality specifications - Placing rejected bottles in designated bins only - Recording packing details (pallet number, quantity, destination, etc.) in the production register Immediate Reporting: - Reporting any deviations in machine operations or product quality to the supervisor promptly Team Support: - Assisting Machine/Shift Supervisor and Mould Change Team during mold and color changeovers Workplace Discipline: - Maintaining cleanliness and good housekeeping around your workstation - Adhering strictly to all safety norms and guidelines Other Duties: - Carrying out any additional responsibilities assigned by management We welcome freshers who are passionate about building a career in manufacturing.
