Production Junior Officer

Position : Jr. Officer to Officer ( 02 to 04 Years)

Required Qualification : B. Pharm

Require Knowledge: Must have experience in Granulation & Coating, Review BMR & BPR and follow QMS.

To issue Aluminum foil, PVC foil and secondary packing material as per BPR in one-day advance.

· To take packing line clearance from QA before the start of the packing line.

· Maintain cleaning of packing area and equipment and record maintenance in logbook.

· To take batch coding approval of printed foil, shipper labels and cartons from QA and affix specimen in BPR.

· After completion packing of one batch, reconcile of tablets, capsules, foils, inserts and cartons, timely do the destruction of the rejected material after QA approval and record the details in BPR, good excess material return to PM store with a material return slip.

· After completion packing of product, count the number of packed boxes and transfer all boxes in BSR with the proper arrangement on palate and record in log book.

· Maintain department at all times as per cGMP standard to avoid cross-contamination and mix-up. And any time readiness for audit internal as well as external.

· Follow SOPs, applicable for Product packing and maintain status label at all stage during packing activity.

· To achieve maximum output with quality on packing line with utilizing minimum manpower.

· To maintain personal hygiene, the movement for employees working in packing lines/ areas as per SOP.

· Follow GMP practice throughout all process.

Completion of BPR on line with following GDP
