Production & Inventory Coordinator

As a Production Supervisor at Delta Green Structures LLP, your role will involve overseeing ongoing factory production projects and efficiently managing stock to ensure seamless coordination between production, materials management, and documentation. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee and monitor all ongoing factory production projects to ensure timely completion. - Ensure proper organization and storage of materials and finished products project-wise to avoid mix-ups. - Maintain detailed documentation and data records for each production project for reference and analysis. - Manage stock levels, track usage, and plan replenishment to prevent shortages of raw material. - Prepare and update inventory as well as project status reports regularly to keep all stakeholders informed. Desired Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelors degree or diploma in Engineering, Production Management, Supply Chain, or a related field. - 3-5 years of experience in production supervision, inventory control, or factory operations (manufacturing experience preferred). - Strong organizational and multitasking skills to effectively handle multiple responsibilities. - Proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting. - Attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision. - Excellent communication and coordination skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
