Job Description

Production Planning & Scheduling

Assist in creating and implementing daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.
Coordinate with the merchandising and planning departments for production planning.
Ensure availability of raw materials, accessories, and manpower before starting production.

Process Monitoring

Supervise the daily production activities on the factory floor.
Monitor the production process to ensure that output meets quality and quantity targets.
Identify and resolve production bottlenecks or delays.

Quality Control Support

Coordinate with the Quality Control (QC) department to ensure products meet buyer specifications.
Implement corrective actions if quality issues arise during production.

Team Coordination

Supervise line supervisors, operators, and helpers.
Ensure workforce discipline and productivity.
Provide training and guidance to floor workers when needed.

Efficiency & Waste Management

Track production efficiency and suggest improvements.
Minimize wastage of fabric, trims, and other materials.
Assist in implementing Lean Manufacturing or 5S practices if applicable.

Compliance & Safety

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations.
Maintain proper documentation related to compliance and audits.
