Production Incharge for Steel Furniture Fabrication Unit

You are a fabrication cum Design Studio located in Gurgaon and currently looking for a Production Manager to supervise the steel fabrication unit. As a Production Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing metal and wood fabrication processes, with a special emphasis on Stainless Steel, Mild Steel (MS), Aluminum, Brass, and Copper. Your key duties include ensuring quality control in welding, polishing, lathe operations, fitting, and other fabrication techniques. Additionally, you will work closely with the manufacturing team to optimize product designs and manage material procurement and outsourcing while upholding quality standards. Troubleshooting production challenges and ensuring smooth operations are also crucial aspects of your role. To excel in this position, you should possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in fabrication and production supervision. A strong understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and techniques is essential. Proficiency in managing teams and work derivation, as well as familiarity with relevant computer and drawing software, are required. Having your own vehicle is a must for this role. Effective communication skills in English, attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and a diploma or degree qualification are also necessary. This is a full-time job opportunity based in Gurgaon. The salary will be determined based on your experience. The working schedule is during the day, and the ability to commute or relocate to Gurgaon, Haryana is preferred. The ideal candidate should have at least 10 years of work experience, be fluent in English, and be located or willing to relocate to Gurgaon, Haryana for in-person work.
