Production Head - Rubber Mats Manufacturing

As a highly experienced and proactive Production Head at Vikas Rubbers, your role will involve leading and managing the complete production operations. Your key responsibilities will include: - Overseeing end-to-end production activities to ensure on-time, high-quality output. - Implementing, monitoring, and continuously improving manufacturing systems, SOPs, and workflows. - Leading and managing the production team with a focus on discipline, efficiency, and safety. - Coordinating with procurement, quality, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations. - Monitoring daily production metrics and driving actions for productivity improvement and waste reduction. - Ensuring machinery upkeep, preventive maintenance, and process compliance. - Maintaining detailed documentation, production reports, and data accuracy. - Upholding strong quality standards and ensuring adherence to company and industry guidelines. - Proactively identifying issues and resolving them with a problem-solving mindset. Qualifications required for this role include: - Minimum 10 years of experience as a Production Incharge/Manager in a rubber manufacturing unit. - B.Tech graduate with a strong technical understanding of manufacturing processes. - Proven experience in developing and implementing systems in a factory environment. - Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of leading teams effectively. - Strong communication, planning, and decision-making skills.
