Roles and Responsibilities

Plan production activities to meet customer requirements on time, ensuring quality standards are met.
Coordinate with various functions such as purchase, stores, design, and engineering to ensure smooth operations.
Monitor production processes to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
Manage manpower effectively to achieve productivity targets.

Desired Candidate Profile

15-24 years of experience in the Conductor Division - production.
B.Tech/B.E. degree in related field.
Strong knowledge of Production Management, Production Planning, Production Control, Quality Assurance, Safety Management, and Team Leading skills.
