We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Expeditor to manage supplier coordination and ensure timely production and delivery of materials. The ideal candidate will play a key role in monitoring supplier performance, conducting quality inspections, and ensuring adherence to delivery timelines through regular follow-ups and on-site visits. Roles and Responsibilities: Visit suppliers (as needed) to monitor and expedite the production process to meet delivery schedules. Conduct quality inspections at the supplier's site and prepare detailed reports. Collect and verify inspection reports submitted by suppliers. Follow up with suppliers to obtain delivery commitments for placed Purchase Orders (POs). Monitor production status at supplier locations and ensure timely delivery. Maintain and update trackers; share regular order status updates with internal teams. Identify potential delays early and coordinate mitigation actions. Communicate quality issues to suppliers and ensure timely replacements. Maintain effective relationships with suppliers to ensure consistent performance. Educate suppliers on quality expectations and material test certificate requirements. Ensure timely submission of test certificates by suppliers. Track and evaluate supplier delivery and quality performance. Develop and implement improvement plans for underperforming suppliers. Conduct capacity analysis at supplier sites and implement capacity enhancement plans if required. Ensure suppliers allocate adequate resources (material, manpower, machinery) to meet deadlines. Desired Candidate Profile: 2 to 5 years of experience in supplier coordination, production expediting, or a similar role in a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of quality control, production monitoring, and supply chain processes. Ability to work independently and manage multiple supplier relationships. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in maintaining trackers and reporting updates. Willingness to travel to supplier sites as per operational needs. Bachelors degree or diploma in Engineering, Supply Chain, Industrial Management, or a related field
