we are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented production employee to join our lithium battery manufacturing team. the ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling battery components ensuring quality standards with a safe working environment.

Job Description

Operate and maintain machines used in lithium battery production.
Perform
cell sorting, Spot welding, and module assembly
.
Follow
SOPs and safety procedures
during production.
Inspect and test battery packs for quality assurance.
Assist in
process improvement and documentation
.
Coordinate with quality and R&D teams to ensure smooth workflow.
Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

Knowledge of
Lithium-ion / LFP battery manufacturing process
.
Experience in
battery pack assembly, BMS integration, and testing
.
Ability to read and follow technical drawings and SOPs.
Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety standards.
Basic understanding of electrical systems and tools.

Diploma / ITI / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering.
Prior experience in
battery manufacturing or EV industry
preferred.
