The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in metal fabrication, machining, welding, and assembly, with a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and process optimization. 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing. Hands-on experience in metal fabrication, machining, welding, and forming. Familiarity with CAD software and production planning tools is a plus. Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills. Knowledge of Electrolysers and Fuel Cell technology is an advantage. Preferred Candidate: A person with 3-5 years of experience in Electrolyser Manufacturing industry.
