Production Engineer / Senior Engineer (Chemical)

As a Production Engineer / Senior Engineer at our facility located in Focal Point, Ludhiana, you should hold a B.Tech degree in Chemical Engineering with a solid experience of 12 to 15 years in the field. Your responsibilities will include applying coatings to improve adhesion and corrosion resistance through pre-treatment processes such as phosphating. You are expected to have a deep understanding of the mechanisms involved in phosphating and be knowledgeable about degreasing, de-rusting, and the chemicals utilized in these procedures. Your expertise in surface coating should enable you to deliver uniform, durable, high-quality finishes post powder coating applications. Additionally, you should possess the necessary skills to produce hard, abrasion-resistant, and tough coatings. Familiarity with the mechanical mixing of resin, pigments, and hardening agents in powdered form is essential for this role. This is a full-time position that may require working in rotational shifts at our on-site location.
