It is a leading manufacturer of solar structures, specializing in Pump Structures, Variable Tilt, Fixed Tilt, and Rooftop Structures. They are looking for a highly skilled and dynamic Sales Head to lead our sales efforts and drive business growth in the solar industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Production Planning and Scheduling

Develop and implement effective production schedules to meet customer delivery timelines.

Coordinate closely with procurement, design, and logistics teams to ensure timely material availability and efficient workflow.

• Quality

  Control

Establish and maintain rigorous quality assurance processes to uphold product standards.

Monitor in-process production quality, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions as needed.

• Team Leadership

Supervise, mentor, and motivate the production team to meet daily goals.

Promote a safety-first culture by conducting regular training on equipment usage and safety protocols.

• Process Improvement

Analyse production data and shop floor metrics to identify inefficiencies.

Implement lean manufacturing techniques to reduce waste and enhance productivity.

• Compliance and Safety

Ensure all production activities comply with industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines.

Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure adherence to workplace safety protocols.

• Budget Management

Monitor production-related expenses and strive to maintain operations within allocated budgets.

Identify cost-saving initiatives while maintaining product quality and throughput.

• Reporting

Prepare and present production reports, including output metrics, efficiency ratios, and improvement initiatives to upper management.

Educational Background

• Bachelors/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or a related discipline.

Experience

• Minimum 6 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment preferably in the renewable energy, solar, or structural fabrication sector.
