Production Engineer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Production Engineer to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or an individual with up to 1 year of experience looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced production environment. As a Production Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our production processes, contributing to the overall quality and output of our products.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the day-to-day operations of the production line, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to production schedules.
• Monitor production processes and identify potential bottlenecks or areas for improvement.
• Troubleshoot minor equipment malfunctions and report any major issues to senior engineers or maintenance personnel.
• Contribute to the implementation of process improvements to enhance productivity, quality, and safety.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date production records, including logs, reports, and documentation of any deviations or issues encountered.
• Assist in the collection and analysis of production data to identify trends and inform decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
• Participate in training programs to enhance your technical skills and knowledge.
• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of quality control procedures.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering, quality control, and maintenance, to achieve production goals.

Skills and Abilities:

• Qualification: B.E./B.Tech./Diploma
• Fresher to 1 year of experience in a production environment
• Must have the ability to handle day-to-day production activities under supervision.
• Must be able to maintain production documentation accurately and efficiently.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and principles.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and processes.
• Strong attention to detail.
