As a potential candidate for this role, you should have knowledge of various instruments such as height gauge, vernier, micrometer, and bore gauge. Your responsibilities will include ensuring that the poka-yoke system is functioning properly on the production line. It is essential to actively participate as a member of the 5S team to maintain workplace organization and efficiency. You should possess knowledge of CNC and VMC machines, including setting up and operating them. Familiarity with GD&T, 2D programming, and tooling basics will be advantageous. The role also involves handling manpower, providing training to new employees, and working towards achieving production targets as per the plan.
