Corresponding actions:

• Prepare production planning as per make sheet provided
• Maintaining raw material stock as per furnish provided by QC/R&D
• Monitoring rate of production on daily basis
• Coordinate with service departments to maintain availability of every machines.
• Maintain the consumable cost

Key Deliverable: Process control

• Following each operation start from Raw material receipts to finished product.
• Standardizing each operation Batch preparation to finishing.
• Preparing checklist for each operation and follow.
• Find out the root cause of any process deviation.
• Preparing action plan for any deviations and follow.

Key Deliverable: Product Cost control

• Ensure Raw material consumption as per given budget
• Monitoring RM gain on hourly basic.
• Ensure all raw material consumption as per furnish.
• Calibrated to all load cells at every maintenance day.
• Controlling sheet thickness within the standard deviation.
• Controlling Green waste.
• Control and monitoring use of spares and consumables
• HGW consumption as per furnish.

Key Deliverable: People Training.

• Training of officers and ensure to aligned with allotted shift
• Training of officers to monitor Product quality and Quantity.
• Multi-skilling of officers and workmen.

Key Deliverable: People and equipment safety

• Training of officers to ensure safety of people as well as Machine
• Adopting safety practices as per the SOP provided by Safety office.
• On job training to team on safety practices
• Time to time review of unsafe condition and unsafe act and work on it for any deviation.

Key Deliverable: Control documentation of Process and legal requirements

• Daily production log book
• ‘B’ Form Record
• Daily Make sheet
• Raw material batch preparation report
• HGW report
• Manpower allotment Report

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
