Responsibilities: - Perform SPI Admin role and other technical functions, with scope covering technical data and documents for Oil and Gas Plants Initiate new project databases Merging project data into the production database Executing quality checks on the project data and communication with clients to provide comments and improve quality on the long term. Updating SPI with as built information from plant changes and inhouse projects User account management. User support for questions/training. Manage SPI templates, tables and database. Database cleanup Support role in assuring as-built documentation is correct and updated in Intools Update and Maintain instrumentation data records in SPI Analyze technical data and documents and processes for working with team. Knowledge and experience in SPI INTOOLS all versions Preparing JB schedule, Loop diagrams, specification updates, Instrument index maintenance, trouble shoot of E2E wiring for field instruments & propose technical solutions virtually, co-ordinate discussion with stakeholders, conduct Risk Assessment, ensure good QA/QC, record keeping, & final job closure to enable high equipment reliability & plant technical availability. Functional /Technical: - Understanding of Field instruments, Analyzer instruments, Control system instruments like PLC, DCS instruments for Oil and Gas industry by using standard Hexagon Smart Plant Instrumentation (SPI) INTOOLS with interface to client specific spec forms and associated documents servers. Strong proficiency in using English for both spoken and written communication, as well as using Office Communicator, Instant Messaging, Video Conferencing, Outlook, etc.

Job Purpose: Reviews Configuration and Final Assembly orders for completeness and accuracy by using TD SYNNEX&aposs warehouse and production information systems. Assigns ship dates and schedules orders in configuration center. Assigns priorities and schedules work to maximize utilization of facilities and labor to meet customer commit dates. Reports and resolves compatibility issues with configuration desk to expedite completion of orders. Responsibilities Reviews configuration orders prior to release for completeness and accuracy of work orders and instructions. Reviews requested delivery date, component requirements, and work center capacity to determine commitment ship dates. Maintains commit date and revision level of production work order. Prepares work order packets, releases work orders, reviews staged orders, and assigns work orders to technicians to effectively utilize facilities and labor. Interfaces with configuration desk and lead in order to resolve various issues such as product compatibility issues, defective product, customer-supplied product, RA&aposs, and reschedules through the use of e-mail, production database, and telephone. Performs all duties in compliance with ISO procedures, initiate/complete in-process PCARs as required. Meets attendance and punctuality standards. Performs additional duties as assigned. Knowledge of computer technologies and TD SYNNEX&aposs product lines desired. Associates degree or appropriate technical certifications/experience preferred.
