Role & responsibilities To utilize efficiently all resources of the shop floor Manage Production & Manpower handling functions in the company. To ensure optimum productivity of man and machine & to control the cost. To ensure quality of production. Monitor/supervise /advice/improve process and products and systems. Drive quality improvement initiatives. Cost reduction initiative's. Implementation of 5S and other modern concepts throughout the organization. To ensure adherence to international quality standards. To ensure working as per established SOP Production planning and execution Preferred candidate profile Should be a Graduate in Science or Engineering or Diploma in Engineering. Should have hands on experience in manufacturing and production at all levels. Should be skillful with handling workers and other team members. Should be willing to relocate to Vapi or Daman or nearby areas Should be able to get along with employees from all levels and take them along. Should have keen eye for detail and aptitude for planning Should be execution oriented.
