You will be responsible for creating original clothing designs, sketches, and tech packs. Conducting trend research, market analysis, and developing mood boards will be part of your daily tasks. You will need to select fabrics, colors, and trims based on the theme and target audience of the designs. Collaboration with the production team for sampling and fittings is essential. Modifying designs based on feedback and ensuring the final production-ready output is also a key responsibility. Managing the design calendar, meeting all deadlines for seasonal collections, overseeing fittings to ensure garments meet design, quality, and fit standards are crucial aspects of the role. Additionally, you will coordinate with vendors and fabric suppliers and stay updated on market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor collections. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including cell phone reimbursement. The work schedule is during the day shift, and the location of work is in person.,
