Job Description

· Key Responsibilities:

• Execute production activities for tablets, capsules, powders, syrups, or softgels as per BMR/BPR.
• Ensure correct dispensing, weighing, blending, granulation, compression, coating, or filling as per SOPs.
• Monitor process parameters like mixing time, temperature, humidity, and equipment settings.
• Coordinate with QA/QC for in-process checks (weight variation, hardness, disintegration, moisture, assay support, etc.).
• Maintain accurate batch records, logbooks, and traceability of raw materials and finished goods.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, FSSAI, HACCP, and nutraceutical manufacturing guidelines.
• Supervise operators and ensure proper sanitation, hygiene, and cross-contamination control.
• Ensure equipment cleaning, calibration status, and readiness before batch start-up.
• Troubleshoot minor process deviations and support continuous process improvements.
• Oversee proper storage, handling, and segregation of raw materials, APIs, vitamins, minerals, and herbal actives.
• Ensure waste management and adherence to EHS norms.

Skills Required:

• Good knowledge of nutraceutical formulations and unit operations.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements (FSSAI, GMP, HACCP).
• Ability to manage documentation and production scheduling.
• Strong observation, problem-solving, and team coordination skills.
