Production Chemist

Position: Production Chemist

Location: Pillaiyarkuppama, Bahour, Puducherry

Interview Mode: Direct Face-To-Face interivew (Immediate joiner preferred)

Experience: 2- 3 years

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize chemical processes for efficient production.
• Conduct quality control tests to ensure product consistency.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve technical issues.
• Maintain safety standards and regulatory compliance.
• Document and analyze production data to inform decision-making.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives for production processes.
• Conduct research to innovate and improve existing chemical processes.
• Mentor and train production staff on chemical processes and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of chemical processes and industrial manufacturing.
• Experience with quality control and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong documentation and data analysis skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,170.88 - ₹24,857.70 per month
