Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Operate and handle equipment such as Reactors, Centrifuges, ANFD, Dryers, LF, NF, SF, MM, and Micro Niger.
Coordinate with
Production
and
QC
teams for sampling of intermediates and with
QA
for documentation compliance.
Perform balance calibration and maintain accurate records.
Update status boards and monitor inventory of intermediates.
Identify deviations/incidents and escalate to higher authorities for corrective actions.
Ensure cleanliness, good housekeeping, and proper record maintenance.
Review packing records and manage opening/closing of inventory.
Plan and execute disposal of waste products as per guidelines.
Ensure preventive maintenance of equipment as per schedule.
Qualify new or modified facilities/equipment before use.
Monitor clean room conditions and maintain compliance.

Skills & Competencies:

Knowledge of chemical process equipment and safety protocols.
Strong coordination and documentation skills.
Ability to identify and report deviations promptly.
Familiarity with GMP and regulatory requirements.
