Job Title: Production Assistant

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Production Assistant to support daily printing and packaging production activities. The candidate will assist the production team in coordinating workflow, machine operations, material handling, quality checks, and timely order completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in daily production planning and scheduling
• Support machine operators in printing, cutting, lamination, and packaging operations
• Monitor production workflow and ensure materials are available on time
• Conduct basic quality checks on printed and finished products
• Maintain production records, job cards, and daily reports
• Coordinate with design, store, and dispatch departments
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and proper machine handling
• Follow supervisor instructions and meet production deadlines
• Assist in loading/unloading and material movement when required

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of printing and packaging processes (offset/UV/flexo preferred)
• Ability to handle physical work and operate basic production tools
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Attention to detail and troubleshooting ability
• Willingness to work shifts if required

Qualification & Experience

• Diploma or B Tech(Printing or related fields preferred)
• 1–2 years experience in Printing industry an advantage

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
