Job Title: Production Assistant – Printing Unit

Job Summary:

The Production Assistant supports the daily operations of the printing unit by assisting in scheduling, coordinating, and executing printing jobs efficiently. The role involves close coordination with machine operators, designers, and the production manager to ensure timely, high-quality output.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing materials and equipment for printing operations.
• Support machine operators in setting up and running printing presses.
• Ensure quality control throughout the production process.
• Coordinate with design and prepress teams for accurate job execution.
• Maintain records of production, materials, and deliveries.
• Monitor inventory of ink, paper, and other consumables.
• Assist in packing and dispatching printed materials.
• Follow safety and quality guidelines strictly.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent; diploma in printing technology preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in printing or manufacturing.
• Basic knowledge of offset/digital printing processes.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
