Job Description

Assign duties to labourers as per production schedule. Ensure punctuality and proper conduct. Maintain workflow and meet daily targets. Inspect work for defects and adherence to standards. Manage raw materials and tools usage. Communicate delays, breakdowns, or labour issues to management. Customer and logistics handling Prepare reports and maintain records Candidates having relevant operation and production oriented experience will be given due weigtage in selection. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹9,200.00 - ₹20,500.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Work Location: In person
