We are seeking a creative and skilled UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team and contribute to our mission of revolutionizing sports analytics through intuitive and engaging design. Role Overview: As a UI/UX Designer at Stupa Analytics, you will play a crucial role in designing user interfaces for our sports analytics platform, which spans web and mobile applications. You will ensure that our platform is not only visually appealing but also user-friendly and accessible. Your expertise will help create a seamless experience across various devices and platforms. Responsibilities: Design User Interfaces: Create intuitive, visually engaging, and responsive user interfaces for our sports analytics platform, including web and mobile applications. User Research & Persona Development: Conduct user research to understand user needs and preferences. Develop user personas and journey maps to guide design decisions. Wireframing & Prototyping: Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts and ideas. Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, and other team members to ensure the successful implementation of designs and maintain a consistent user experience across all platforms. Trend Integration: Stay updated with the latest UI/UX design trends, tools, and best practices, and integrate relevant innovations into your work. Design Iteration: Continuously evaluate and refine designs based on user feedback, analytics data, and performance metrics to enhance usability and user satisfaction. Accessibility Standards: Ensure that all designs meet accessibility standards and comply with relevant guidelines to provide an inclusive user experience. Requirements: Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a preference for experience in the sports analytics or sports industry. Design Tools: Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar. Design Knowledge: Strong understanding of design principles, responsive design, and user-centered design methodologies. User Research: Experience in conducting user research, creating personas, and developing user journey maps. Portfolio: Excellent visual design skills with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile UI/UX design projects. Communication: Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams. Industry Passion: A passion for sports analytics and a strong understanding of the sports industry is preferred.
